For my Still- Life drawing I chose to draw some of my different types of makeup. In the picture you can see my makeup bag, foundation, silli-sponge, and a bottle of perfume. I chose a vertical orientation of the paper because everything is short in the picture other than the perfume bottle. I used DaVinci's 6 parts of light by adding shadows where the light didn't hit, and highlight where it did. I like how I set up the height of the bases because I put the shorter things in the front and larger in the back. I tried to use line quality on the bag in the back. I did this by using thick and thin lines to imitate the lines on the bag without drawing them exactly how they were. It saved me lots of time.
