Line Quality Drawing

This is my line quality drawing of a tree. I used thin, thick, dark, and light lines to draw it. Mrs. Arter told us to not focus on each specific leaf, and to focus on them all together. I learned that you don't have to draw every single detail to accomplish the drawing. If you look closely you can see that my leaves are all just different types of lines. I used thick and dark lines to show the shadows in the tree. I used thin and light lines for filling in the tree. I think that I used a good value range on this drawing. I learned that the composition of most trees is that the leave mart is 3 times bigger than the trunk, so that's what I did with my drawing. I think it is cool how squiggly lines turned into a tree.
